Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – AFFINITE

1. Where do you ship from?

We partner with trusted global production and logistics providers. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations depending on the product.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! AFFINITE ships to the US and most major countries worldwide. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • US: typically 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note: Customs delays may extend delivery times.

4. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production or been shipped. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

6. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.
Note: Custom-made (Print-on-Demand), lingerie, swimwear, and final sale products are not returnable.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
